Gorgeous rich green glaze and vivid imagery on this top-drawer stove tile from Central Transylvania, later 19th century. From the Hungarian villages hence the tulips. This would have formed part of a large arrangement on tiles on the central stove of a farmhouse.
These can hang on the wall.
