Antique 6-Legged Primitive Woven Basket

Ancient wood craft survives in this six-legged storage bin or basket, made of pegged hardwood uprights and woven branches, the interior is mud-lined, a rare smaller example of one of these, they would be used to store food stuff, pulses like kidney beans, or maize, primitive but sophisticated.
