American Painted Wood and Metal Whirligig

A wonderful decorative wooden and metal painted American folk art whirligig, a familiar model found in Vermont, New England, early 20th century.
As the wind turns the propeller the figure, Lincoln or Uncle Sam, saws the wood. Original crackled green and red painted decoration. Recently mounted on decorative piece of bog-wood.
