Pair of large woollen embroidered so-called ‘crewelwork' bed hangings decorated with colourful and bold designs incl. Hindu tree of life, oak leaves and Tudor roses, originally came from a bed, converted to wall hangings, & recently from manor house near Stratford but originally from the Tudor styled Royalist Nailcote Hall in South Warwickshire (built 1650) and probably part of the original furnishings.
