Ref: 4031
A gorgeous stick-legged primitive Windsor chair with a touch of sophistication in its turned spindles and in the curved ends to the arm rests and back rest, an outstanding thick and wide elm seat with characterful grain patterning, and plentiful traces of the original charcoal paint. Split opinion on the origins of this piece, Welsh, Irish or even could be West Country/Cornish.
