Early Primitive Oak Delft Rack
Ref: 3836
An early oak delft rack recently from house near Stratford-Upon-Avon. There are signs of great age, the wood is black, thick timbered and like iron, hand-made "rose head" nails are on the front mouldings of the shelves and the boldly carved frieze has a primitive look. As it is cut down from from original longer piece and has old repairs and as we bought well we can offer at very reasonable price.
