One from our large stock of unrestored Irish dressers, this one quite early and with neo-classical vase shaped open base called ‘fiddle front’, and in striking old red colour. It’s missing one drawer but you (or we) can fix. The final photo shows how good a piece like this can look in the right setting, it’s just the effect the irish peasants desired which was to brighten their humble domiciles with bold colour.
