An impressive 19th century painted pine chest in the neo-classical or Biedermeier style, there is much to note including relief carving of foliage to the sides decorated in original red and blue paint, the original fruitwood handles are there so too the decorative back-plates and lock-plates. The drawers are repaired to run as new and the overall condition is very sound and clean.
