An antique pine and hardwood box settle or bench made and especially painted in traditional design for a marriage - dating from mid-20th century - and coming from the Hungarian communities east of Cluj or Koloszvar. It is very good condition having been never used but rather displayed in the clean room with the dowry furniture.
