An antique pine and hardwood painted bench with drawer, Austrian Empire, turn of the century. Fully restored.
Good size, not too big, and fairly shallow, nice detailing of fretwork, original 19th century brass pulls to the drawer, the seat is unpainted and with wonderful colour & patina, the black waxed finish is smart and dramatic. This one ticks a lot of boxes. It’s very solid, drawer is clean and opens smoothy. Ideal for hall or general seating anywhere in house.
