Elaborate decorative window surrounds were a feature of Russian ‘dhaka’ or wooden country houses and this is a particularly good example and could become a stunning mirror - many were painted and this is in it’s original blue and white paint. Please ask if you’d like us to convert to mirror. It could also be used as a decortative feature in an interior to frame an aperture in a partition wall.
