An oil on canvas by Russian post impressionist style artist from the period of pereistroika showing what appears to be a possibly symbolic funeral procession in the grounds of an orthodox church and mauseleom. A colourist piece with greens and olive greens mingling with chalky whites and subtle orange and pink high notes.
Artist name is "Sokolvy"(?) and various labels to reverse in Cyrllic.
