Bricolage with Bog Wood and Carved Birds

This piece is really a sculpture, an assemblage of found objects, it is made from a hunk of decorative bog wood purchased in Ireland on which old carved and painted birds have been placed. It is possible to sell the pieces seperately, the birds for £110 each. The birds were made traditionally as a form of popular art in Central Europe and these are early 20th cent.
