Dressers/Dresser Bases »
Original Painted Pine Mug Rack with Birds
Ref: 1649
There was one area maybe even one village where a number of mug racks, actually hanging dressers, emerged and with confronted birds cut out fretwork like. This was the best of these in a pale green wash, the original paint, and with two charming flat spindled shelves to the front bottom and these would presumably have held spices. Most of the originalhooks are intact but more could be added. We find these pieces are useful as key racks in a hall or fantastic for mugs in the kitchen.
